IDPs & Update Certificates for SSO
IDPs supported by Uptycs:
Problem Statement : If your tenant has configured login with SAML you need to update the SSO certificates after expiration.
Process:
1)Raise a support ticket to support@uptycs.com along with the details.
2)Our Support team will reply to you within 24 hours.
3)Please have the new SSO certificates handy. Our team will give you the ZOHO drive link,password to upload.
4)We will schedule a meet (30 mins) based on your available timings.
5)On the meeting itself we will update the new SSO certificates on our end so that you can validate the login.
