We have released a new version of osquery in our production environment. This version is available for auto update. Following are key fixes/improvements in this version:

• On Windows machines which did not provide a system UUID, Uptycs generated a UUID to use. This UUID did not persist after a software update, resulting in duplicate assets for the same Windows machine. The issue has been fixed now.
• Multiple proxy server support - Added the ability to support multiple proxies. The list of proxies is specified as a comma-separated list. Osquery will attempt to go through each of the proxies serially until a successful connection can be made.
• We have updated the implementation of the osquery watcher to osquery worker heartbeat logic. Before this fix, osquery watcher would restart the worker unnecessarily thus causing excessive CPU consumption.
• Fixed a bug on Windows where osquery cannot get uuid (user id) for processes owned by the local system
